Policies & Resources
At SAYRA JOURNEYS, LLC, we are committed to crafting extraordinary experiences with transparency and professional integrity. The following policies ensure that every journey is handled with the care and expertise it deserves.
Professional Consultation & Planning Fees
To begin the curation of your bespoke itinerary, we require an initial credit card guarantee of $150. Much like a hotel booking requirement, this fee will only be charged in the event of cancellation once the research and development phase is complete and the client decides to book elsewhere or cancel for any reason. This fee is then retained by SAYRA JOURNEYS, LLC as compensation for our professional services and expertise.
Complex Itineraries
For highly intricate or time-intensive travel plans, an additional non-refundable service fee may be applied based on the complexity of the itinerary. Any such fees will be fully disclosed and discussed with you prior to implementation.
Deposits & Final Payments
To secure your reservations, a deposit is required at the time of booking. Final remaining balances are typically due 30 to 90 days prior to departure and will be discussed at the time of booking.
Non-Refundable Travel Components: Please note that certain travel arrangements, including but not limited to consolidator airfares and certain prepaid excursions, are often non-refundable (except where travel insurance applies). Details will be provided before payments are collected.
Travel Protection & Insurance
We believe your peace of mind is paramount. Therefore, travel insurance is highly recommended for all travelers. For your protection, insurance may be automatically added to your initial reservation quote.
Waiver Requirement: If you choose to decline travel insurance, you will be required to sign a formal waiver acknowledging that you are aware of all potential penalties and financial risks associated with declining coverage.
Terms & Liability
SAYRA JOURNEYS, LLC acts solely as a professional intermediary between the client and travel suppliers.
Third-Party Responsibility
SAYRA JOURNEYS, LLC cannot be held responsible for any failure, insolvency, or breach of contract on the part of any tour operator, airline, cruise line, or other travel supplier.
Force Majeure
SAYRA JOURNEYS, LLC is not liable for disruptions caused by acts of God, declarations of war, pandemics, or other manmade or natural disasters that may affect your reservation or booking.
